Journal of JPL Progress
We are currently working on a first prototype, and have already completed basic design sketches and our base.
In the coming weeks, my group will need to finish construction of the working prototype so we an begin testing different angles and counterweights. We will also need to decide on how we want to reset the device, and what will be used to create the potential energy the catapult needs.

UPDATE 10/23/19
In the last two weeks our project has seen monumental improvement. We have sketched out, measured and began constructing our final trebucet. I have been absent the last few days, but while I was gone, I still helped coordinate the purchasing of materials. My job as team captain has mostly put me in the role of planning and ordering, and I mostly just try to keep Gus and Nikolai from screwing around all period. To test our project, we have prayed to god, and just hope that it doesn't fail. We can't really test yet, but have made a proof of concept model. Here is a link to our calendar.
